The homeowners were thrilled to partner with Krueger to build their dream home, perfectly fitting the Old Town Louisville vibe. While the original home at 832 Parkview was torn down and rebuilt from scratch, the garage structure was preserved and revamped.

As you approach the home, you can see the attention to detail and design in every corner. The exterior color scheme of cool blue and gray blends seamlessly with the Colorado surroundings, and the welcoming, dark blue front door invites you inside.
