Building your dream home should feel exciting, not stressful. That’s why we take a “Customer Built” approach, partnering with you every step of the way. Like any great relationship, we focus on communication, trust, and making sure your vision becomes reality, on time and on budget.

From the very first planning meeting to when we are doing the final walkthrough of your home, we keep the process clear and predictable. We proactively manage timelines, budgets, and logistics so you can relax knowing there won’t be surprises.

Phase 1 - Concept

Every great home begins with a vision. In this phase, we work with you to bring your ideas to life through discovery, design, and early cost planning.

Discovery Meeting: We’ll sit down together to understand your lifestyle, goals, and inspiration.
Concept Design: Our team creates design concepts, including floor plans, elevations, and site considerations.
Preliminary Estimate: You’ll receive a detailed cost estimate based on your chosen concept, ensuring your design aligns with your budget.

By the end of this phase, you’ll have a clear direction, a design you love, and the confidence to move forward.

Phase 2 - Design

With your concept chosen, we refine every detail to make sure your home is both beautiful and buildable.

Design Development: We coordinate with top engineers and consultants to produce fully engineered construction documents.
Interior Design: Together, we’ll select finishes and materials from cabinets and countertops to lighting and flooring so your home reflects your style.
Preconstruction Services: Throughout this phase, we handle budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with municipalities and HOAs, so your project stays on track.

This phase transforms your concept into a complete, build-ready plan with pricing clarity.

Phase 3 - Build

This is where your dream home becomes reality. As your general contractor, we oversee the entire build from groundbreaking to move-in day.

Construction Management: We handle permits, inspections, scheduling, and all subcontractor coordination.
Quality & Craftsmanship: Every step is held to the highest standards, with ongoing quality checks.
Clear Communication: You’ll stay updated on progress, timelines, and selections along the way.
Final Delivery: We deliver your finished home, ready for you to enjoy.

Where are you located?

Our home base is in Lafayette, Colorado, where our family grew up and where we’ve been building for decades.

Where do you build?

We serve Boulder County and the greater Northern Colorado area, including Boulder, Lafayette, Louisville, Longmont, Erie, Superior, Broomfield, Westminster, and Eldorado Springs.

What is the remodeling process like?

The remodeling process looks similar to the above 3 stage process above. At every, stage you can look forward to the same level of care and collaboration of your custom project.

We start with an introduction and do a project walk of your project to talk about the project’s scope, and design timeline.

Then we handle preconstruction services and help with design concepts that you already have or might need help putting together.

Then we can almost put the plan into action and build! But first, you’ll approve the final construction documents and the total cost and then we will obtain your permit, receive your materials, and build out a schedule for you.

During construction you get to join our team by connecting with our crew. You’ll have regular meetings with your designer, superintendent and your project manager.

Then we have a detailed clean and a final walkthrough of your project, we let you enjoy your new space!

Our warranty is here to support for a year after the project to ensure peace of mind.

What if I already have an architect or designer?

Perfect. We’ll collaborate with your architect or designer to bring your plans to life and make sure every detail is buildable.

Are you a design-build firm?

We’re a true custom builder, not a design-build firm. That means you aren’t locked into one design team or style. Instead, we help you find the architect or designer who’s the right fit for your project. You get the freedom to choose, and the confidence that we’ll build your home exactly the way you envision it.
