  • Built by Krueger will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these rules.  Please read these Contest rules carefully. If you enter this Contest, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them. 
    • Dates of Contest:  The Contest will begin on June 23, 2026 and end on October 23, 2026.  
    • How to Enter: Participants may enter to win by simply referring Built by Krueger to a neighbor, friend, acquaintance, family member, etc. (Referred Person).  When the Referred Person calls or e-mails Built by Krueger office and identifies by whom they were referred, a single entry is made on that Participant’s behalf.  There are no limits to the number of referrals accepted and entries made on behalf of the Participant. No purchase is required to enter or win. 
    • How to Play:  Built By Krueger will conduct a random drawing on October 23, 2026.  Built by Krueger will notify winner(s) by telephone and/or email and bring the prize by your home/be available for pickup at the Built By Krueger office.  
    • Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Colorado who are 18 years or older. Multiple entry accounts, automated entries, scripts, bots, or any technique designed to inflate Points are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
    • NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
  • Prize(s):  The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are:   
    • $2,000 cash 
    • $500 gift card 
    • iPad mini 
    • $200 Amazon Gift Card

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash 

  • Odds of Winning: Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. 
  • Publicity; Use of Personal Information: By participating, all participants and winner(s) grant Built by Krueger exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.    
  • Taxes:  Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to By Krueger, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.  Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize(s) and paying any expenses associated with any prize which are not specifically provided for in the official rules.  Each winner must provide Built by Krueger with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded.  Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize.  Any person winning over $600 in prizes from Built by Krueger will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.
  • Decisions:  By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Built by Krueger personnel.  All decisions will be made by Built by Krueger and are final.  Built by Krueger reserves the right to change these rules at any time and may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. 
  • Platform Disclaimer: This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Pinterest, or any other social media platform. By entering, each entrant releases each such platform from any and all liability associated with this Promotion.
  • Release of Liability: By participating in the Promotion, each entrant releases and holds harmless, the Administrator, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, members, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, injuries, illness, death, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to (a) participation in the Promotion, (b) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, (c) travel to and from, and participation in the promotion and (d) any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to entries or entrant data.

    The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion, or in the announcement of the prize.
